Adds longevity to an old gameĮmpire Total War II Mod is unlikely to appeal to people who are not already fans of Empire: Total War, but for players who are, this mod adds a great deal of new content, enough to be comparable to an official expansion pack or DLC. The audio system is also reworked to give the player a more visceral experience. This includes things like removing protectorates from nations, updating some nations to better represent their strength, and making changes that allow AI players to build stronger armies. In addition to the new content, the mod makes several tweaks to the way the game plays. There is also an overhaul to the fatigue and morale system, making rest a more important part of the game. This includes additional models and artwork, some of which are borrowed from Total War: Napoleon. In it the game returns to the 16th century Japan setting of Shogun: Total War.
The biggest selling point of this mod is the fact that it adds a significant amount of new game content for the player to try, including over 1,500 new units and around 40 new playable factions. Total War: Shogun 2 Free Download is a strategy computer game developed by The Creative Assembly and published by Sega.
